BetPick ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered sports prediction tool. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use our website and services, and your rights regarding that data.

• Account data: email address, display name, and authentication provider (Google or email/password).
• Usage data: predictions you generate, favorite teams, sport preferences, and referral activity.
• Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Card numbers are handled directly by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, language, and basic device information.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the service, generate AI predictions, process payments, prevent fraud, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share limited data with processors we rely on: Supabase (hosting and authentication), Stripe (payments), API-Football (match data), and AI providers used to generate predictions. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to comply with legal and accounting requirements.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. EU/EEA users have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (language, theme). We do not use advertising cookies.
