1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using BetPick you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use sports information services in your jurisdiction. BetPick is a sports analysis tool, not a betting operator.
3. Service description
BetPick provides AI-generated statistical analyses of sporting events. Predictions are informational and probabilistic — they are not guarantees, financial advice, or a solicitation to place bets.
4. No gambling guarantee
Any bets you place based on BetPick outputs are entirely at your own risk. Only bet what you can afford to lose. If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, please seek help (e.g. begambleaware.org).
5. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval you select at checkout (weekly, monthly, or lifetime). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; the plan remains active until the end of the current period.
6. Refunds
Because access to AI-generated content is delivered immediately, subscriptions are non-refundable once used, except where required by applicable consumer law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, resell predictions, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
BetPick, the site content, and generated analyses are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetPick is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any betting losses.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
